Hi, I’m Samantha, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Holistic Nutritionist. I understand burnout and anxiety firsthand. Having experienced it working in high-stress, trauma-exposed and toxic workplaces. As a result, I am passionate about supporting busy professionals to achieve holistic wellness.
